Annual Meeting Voting

Per Girl Scouts Heart of the South By-Laws, below are some reminders for the upcoming Annual Meeting.
- There must be 200 voting members to achieve a quorum.
- You must be present to vote.
- See Article VII, Section 5 of the Council By-Laws in regard to nominations from the floor.
- Robert's Rules of Order (Newly Revised 10th ed.) apply.
